Autodesk introduced new rebranded product logos and colors for all of its 2023 software versions. According to Autodesk this “Dynamic, modern, and memorable Logos represents its direction toward the future.”
In addition to the new logo, Autodesk made changes to the brand colors, updating primary colors of black and white. Alongside these two primary colors, Autodesk introduce two detail grays, and four accent colors–clay, plant, iris and gold.
It seems that Autodesk is trying to change its product logos yearly or at least biannually! Although I found the new logos clean and bold, they are, however, very similar! It would not be easy for the user to differentiate between a bunch of Autodesk icons on the taskbar. This reminds me of the awful google G suit apps rebranding in 2020.
Not only branding
I hope these “changes” in the 2023 versions will also bring some major updates and fixes to the “known issues” among many Autodesk software.
